Tea Time: The Real Life Confessions and Rants of a J-Fashionista

There are times where when I am faced with normal people and their judgement on my fashion choices (obviously Japanese Fashion inspired most of the time) I feel like Miranda Priestly from the 'Devil Wears Prada'. You know the one scene where they're debating on the colors of belts and Andy kind of chuckles around it thinking they are the same style, color, and silly?  Miranda being the Queen B puts her in her place and I feel exactly like that. Of course I have those moments when people ask why I dress the way I do or knock on it. Where I want to chuckle and say, "You think this has nothing to do with you?"

Not because they're wearing something Japanese fashion inspired but because when they go out clubbing they put their cheap false eyelashes on just as much as I do. They wear their platforms and rave about BB Cream and their colored contacts they got and yet I can't judge the state of their judgement or them questioning my intelligence. The difference is I don't dress the way I do for the occasion or to impress any man. Not saying that everyone does this but the people I've heard it from that are considered 'normal' do it to impress 'their boo' for to go out somewhere crazyHell we even know that Lolita Fashion is the furthest thing from any that. Being a gyaru I feel powerful-like a Spice Girl of some sort with my curled hair, glitter, and platforms. I don't need an occasion or a man to dress the way I do. I dress that way because I feel great in it and it's nothing more than that.

So I suppose the question is; why the judgement? Why the bitchness and put downs from others on how we choose to dress and spend our time? Do you not treat yourself out ever now and then? Do you take yourself to seriously to fix your hair and put some eye shadow and foundation in the morning? You get your hair done at salons. You do your own or get your nails done at some shop. So why can't I on my off time dress the way I do or spend the money I have on brand or my artistry ? Even when I worked when I was forced to conform to a uniform; foundation and eye brows were a must. Eyeliner was on good days when I didn't favor sleep over looking pretty and if not eyeliner? Blush and eye shadow was a must. You pulled your hair back and got on with it because I was there to get the job done as best as I could. Not to look pretty. But here I would buy clothes from out on an hour long break or mac make up and people would question the occasion or say they wish they could do same. Different situations for different people of course; by why the hell not. You're young and thriving. Set your money aside like I did. Have goals. As for the first question;

"What's the occasion?" they'd ask. On my off days I'd dress how I'd like. I'd put on my circle lenses and ruffles and go out or stay at home. There's nothing wrong with that. Nor is it anyone's business what the hell I do quite frankly.

My family have for ages have been the first of accusing me of living a lie or being fake or having things to hide. When really? This was me and always had been me.They were merely out of touch with their daughter.  I enjoyed make-up. I enjoyed fashion. I just didn't enjoy that frumpy jeans and t-shirt with sneakers type of fashion that they liked. Natural had never been me. Plus what girl likes to been seen without her hair and face done? Excuse me but if I have guests I obviously don't want to look like I just rolled out of bed!

Yes, I'm starting to sound like that girl on 'My Strange Addiction' who took on a persona and supposedly couldn't show who she really was and such-hell no I won't take off my wig. Last I checked I have a wig cap and flat ass wig hair under there. Unless my real hair is ironed and styled. You won't see it.  But going back to that nonsense show-I feel like because of that show too; a lot of people got the wrong impression on what lolita and J-Fashion really was. I've also been told that I want to look like a doll and while yes; doll-like elements are indeed a part of the fashion, by no means do I want to act or be a living doll. I talk in a normal voice. I do everything that normal person would do in a day. I might just wake up a bit earlier knowing that it takes me a bit longer to get ready. But I have nothing to do with that show. 'I'm a Living Doll' was a whole nother round of fuckery all on it's own. I've heard tons of things on what really happened with that show and a lot of us partially know the truth I suppose but all I can say is, "Way to go America for alienating people who are different from the social norm."Don't you have better things to do than pick on individuals for their harmless hobby? Obviously not.

It IS true, I'm outlandish but I don't see it harming anyone. I feel like looking your best is as important as being unique. Why would I want to look like every girl out on the street? Same boring clothing and make-up trends at least to someone like me. People accuse gyaru of being this way but there are ways to stand out and be unique. Not all gyaru or lolita look the same or wear the exact same outfits. Just like normal people right? So why would people go there? Another excuse that's been thrown at me; guys like girls with natural make-up and hair. Your boyfriend must be embarrassed or possessive next to you because people have to look or check you out in your sexier stuff.

Trust me honey, if that was the case. I'm sure I wouldn't have who I have as a boyfriend. With or without my make-up he loves me. However, he's into the Japanese fashion scene too and understands how important this life style is to me. Plus any guy who would be like, "You can't wear that out!" Is a no go to me. You're my boyfriend not my father. Even so, why would you date a guy that is insecure about his social standing or whether he can keep me as a girlfriend or not? I'm pretty fucking sure Ying feels pretty damn happy to see other people look because he scored me as a girlfriend and hell yes, he's got a crazy ass gyaru chick who dresses sexy. And nobody else can have that because just because I'm confident doesn't make me a slut. As long as you hold yourself in a dignified and respectable manner dressing sexy shouldn't be looked down upon. I don't get why there's so much shaming. Especially towards fellow females. Whatever happened to girl power?

On another note; being an adult and being wary of surrounding areas, I'm not naive and I do dress according to where we're going and of course, my mood. I don't walk around in lolita fashion unless I am having tea or a photoshoot or even an event going on-and usually that's all in San Francisco. Gyaru? I'm probably a little bit more shameless. Thighs and agejyo wear is solely left for events and San Francisco. Onee-style gyaru is for Sacramento and casual days out in the other parts of the Bay Area. If I feel like a badass? I'll sport shredded stuff, plaid, and leather? If I feel cute? It'll be something with lace and romantic colors.

It's as simple as that. So what's so wrong about dressing up for yourself? No occasion. No person to impress. Just good old fun and effort. As I said, I have my Spice Girl days where the clothes and make-up I wear make me feel like a powerful woman and the life is my god damn runway. There's no fake or hiding something to that. I am genuine and contrary to popular belief on girls like me; I do my best at everything I try to participate in and take myself pretty seriously. So why the judgement?

Are people just scared of what's unfamiliar to them? Are they insecure themselves or jealous they can't be brave enough to dress that way or look as pretty? And even then, why do people have to open their mouth. It goes back to for me when someone knocks on it, "You think this has nothing to do with you?" Shorten your business skirt, ad a garter and sexy heels with good gyaru make-up and hair. You'd be an OL Gyaru. Bitch, that floral print you're wearing this season with those flowerly sandals are Liz Lisa style all the way. That printed tight trend and vamp lips? That was a couple years ago in Asia. Same with your browns, nudes, and corals. Not that Japanese fashion hasn't taken inspiration from Western fashion. Hell yes they do. We mooch off of each other but that's the point-why hate when honestly it's the same shit with more effort taken in?

As ranty as this sounds-I have yet to understand the workings of people outside of my realm. I made this blog to just to show those who have faced this that are v-kei, lolita, gyaru, decora, whatever the fuck you are; you're not alone. I face it. I think everyone does. And every time I do, I have my 'Devil Wears Prada' moment. May one day I be as bitchy as Miranda Priesty-I'll be throwing coats and having people panicking in the presence of me showing up extra early to the office. Because when your eyeliner is on point your life is too!

Make-Up Review: Urban Decay's Naked3 Palette Review/Overview

First off I'd like to apologize for the lack of updates everyone! Lots of stuff had been going on in my personal life and a lot of things just let up and finally came to a close unfortunately and fortunately. I'm trying my very best to remain optimistic and be as productive as possible now that I have the time to do so! If you'd like to kind of get an idea of where I'm at right now with the blog and YouTube channel; I made an update video about it!

Now on for the review, a month or so ago I received a Christmas gift from boyfriend Ying-and it happened to be the very sought after Naked3 which is as lots of you all already know; the third installment to Urban Decay's Naked Palette line. I had been actually creeping on this palette for a little while because the colors looked really unique in a girly/romantic type of way. Rose Gold was the theme for this palette and for me the brown/pink undertone made me pretty interested in it but I was pretty iffy on whether or not I really wanted it or whether it was worth the investment on it.

SO Ying ended up solving the debate with myself and just got me the palette as a present. I was pretty surprised and quite happy as you can guess! Here is what the packaging and colors look like:

For the most part the colors are all very gorgeous and worth the money. I never really understood why girls fawned over these palettes because I just saw them as a bunch of brown/gold eye shadows. I still see the first two Naked palettes this way but this one had a good gradation of colors and while I was working as soon as I got this palette, it was the only palette I would use for work make up. It makes you look like you've placed effort into your eye make-up even if you really haven't. The colors work really well for all skin tones I feel and the shadows have really nice pay off. You'll have a great variety of shimmers, glitters, frosts, and mattes!

Japanese Fashion wise this is a great palette for gyaru especially. I think if you're really into the Himekaji or Onee Gyaru/Sweet gyaru style this is the perfect palette for you. I wore Liz Lisa on Valentine's Day yesterday and this by far was the perfect palette to pair with Liz Lisa's romantic floral print and unique shade of brown!

If you're a lolita-this palette I think would work really nicely for sweet and classic lolita fashion. You have beautiful brown shades with nice pink under tones that will give your eyes a sweet chocolately feel to them. If you want to have dramatic colors you have the deep browns on the end and if you want to be more subtle you have the other end of the spectrum!

For a more in depth review of this palette and my opinion of it, check out the video below!

Collective Mac Cosmetics Haul: Punk Couture's "Magenta Madness Pigment, Lipstick; Heroine and Diva

Here are a couple of Mac products that have been released that not only I fell in love with but also newly released products that I will think will work for visual kei/oshare v-kei, punk, and lolita fashion.

Last Two Weekend's Adventures and Shopping Raids

The past two weekends have been rather interesting. With the holidays coming up I've tried to enjoy it while I can knowing that work is about to get pretty busy probably with the kiddies being out of school and all. The stress of Christmas shopping is on my plate as well but oh well!

The other weekend ago I hit San Francisco with my photographer friend Dennis (he does all my really cool photoshoot/magazine-esque pics that you guys like so much) so he could hit Baby the Stars Shine Bright SF to big up not one-not two-not even three-but four fucking Usakumyas. He seriously has a whole family of them now. He likes collecting accessories for photoshoots and he considers BTSSB and AATP's accessories and such very interesting. Though he likes shooting gothic lolita fashion/Japanese fashion as well due to the prints and detailing.

Anyway here's a pic of one of my favorite Usakumya's he added to the family. It has such pretty blue eyes and happens to be the perfect size! I like the pochette a lot more than the backpack because they hold the same amount of space honestly. I have a bias for black too as you guys know.

We did a lot of eating in Japan Town. As the weather gets colder I start craving hot noodles. It's not nearly as fatting as okonomiyakis and such in my honest opinion and gets me a lot fuller. Instead of getting a meaty broth I get kitsune udon because the broth is pretty sweet. Takoyaki is another favorite of mine as well. It gives me the satisfaction of okonomiyaki but in a better portion at half the price!

That weekend a lot of people were heading to the DirEnGrey concert at the Regency Hall so we were also getting to meet up with a lot of lovelies who were heading to Japan Town to stay or have dinner before the show. :) While we waited Dennis and I went to Crown and Crumpet!

I'm not sure if I've ever talked about Crown and Crumpet before but I really recently have liked going there. TanTan is equally as nice but if you want English style tea then Crown and Crumpet is for sure your place to go. I got really warmed up from their tea and their afternoon tea goodies were delicious. Really nice salad, macrons, and sweets at the top of the tower of plates! :)

Ying came to visit us as well! As some of you know we kind of came out as a couple recently. I have a lot of explaining to do on how it happened. We've honestly been dating since before my birthday back in September but kept it low key for a variety of reasons. Though one I can tell you lovely readers and something I highly suggest; don't out your relationship unless people ask. Don't out it until it's apparent or until you are a couple months in. That way if things don't work out you don't look silly in a fast hook up.

I can see Ying and I working for a very long time but if anything and hopefully forever. He's such a sweetie and takes very good care of me. Plus he's incredibly fashion savvy and we share a lot of the same passions for J-Fashion and such. We're opposites and the same in many ways. <3

Here's Ying and I's PuriKura before he left for the concert! We look super pretty ne?

After everyone left for the concert Dennis and I took public transit (shocker right?! LOL) to downtown to go roam around and explore. Westfield, Sephora, and Forever 21 were the main places. I need to take Daddy Dennis to other places downtown one day. Like Little Italy for gelato >3> LOL when it's better weather maybe?

The only haul there was happened to be a very interesting winter themed Forever 21 haul. Lots of long sleeve shirts because I NEEDED them.

We ended up trolling around J-Town after waiting for the bus for literally for-fucking-ever and ended off of our night having Korean BBQ/bento at 12:00 in the morning and waiting for people to get out of the concert to say goodbye.

This weekend that just past I headed out with Ying for Black Friday shopping. I waited until the afternoon to go actually but no regrets. Trust me I got my money's worth of stuff.

We hit two malls and raided them both.

Mac was my favorite of all favorite raids. They had their holiday collection out. I ended up getting the Nocturnals Pigments in Violet and the Nocturnals Lipglass/Dazzleglass set in Pink. I know lots of girls who loved brown and nudes for
their eyes and lips but I actually love girlier colors and even then these also had darker colors in them! Blacks, deep purples, pink, and whites in the pigments. The transparent gloss, two pinks (which total set off my inner Tsubasa Masuwaka) and a deep plum glass which goes beautifully with the MAC Lipstick Cyber. <3

I ended up purchasing their 'Smokey Eye' brush set. Which I'm IN LOVE WITH -never going back to old brandless brushes again- holy crap I can really get detailed with my make-up now. I REALLY want to get the other two sets because I loved the ones I purchased so much. I want to add a couple more pigments to that collection too as well as a lipstick from the Divine Night collection! ;A; In all thought busting 124.00 on all that wasn't too bad at ALL.

Here are some really pretty swatches!

Day two of raiding was at a different mall with my baby. I love how Ying and I always try to match our outfits. I was totally blacked out with him on Saturday. I've been going through a slight punk phase recently. Especially with my current purchases. Lots of black, leather, plaid, boots, crosses, ect. I honestly blame the company I keep. Even before I met Ying I have a couple of friends who are v-kei or are retired v-kei peeps and they honestly really rocked the dark looks. With all the gyaru gals going all cutesy and clean with Liz Lisa and Forever21 stuff I've been trying to be a punk gal/rock gal on the occasion. As strange as that sounds I kind of like being cute but still having lashes for days and cute dark make-up (if that makes any sense). It doesn't mean that I don't go the cute route or even the agejyo route anymore-trust me lovelies; I do. It's just detailed LL wear is hard to come by and agejyo is a dying art. I feel like a rare species!

Speaking of gyaru style-Ying and I ended up going to H&M and Forever21
which weren't nearly as crazy as it was on Friday. Ying ended up buying more than I did. We both are starting to buy a lot of stylish casual wear for when we just are chilling with eachother in places that aren't San Francisco or events. We've been getting slightly bored of wearing brand because when we wear it at events it's no longer occasion wear and then it makes it less special. So we've been looking for casual/fast fashion alternatives.

Ying is really getting into the whole gyaru-o/host style thing. It's more of a casual thing in comparison to v-kei. Looking good and using foundation/focusing on hair is a must but it's a bit easier to be in than heavy ass make-up and tripping on the loss ass trails and chains on v-kei clothes. Plus; fucking buckles-that's all I will say. He ended up buying more than me on day two which was kind of a nice feeling for me. There's one jacket with a fur leopard print collar that I liked that he bought. <3

I ended up buying a scarf (haha we got matching scarfs. How lame and coupley are we huh?), two sets of tights because I needed them, a really cute style of a bag because it was half off, and really cute wedged ankle boots because yet again- Forever 21 had them  half off.

After shopping our asses off Ying and I went for Korean BBQ and died and went to heaven. As you can see we're more of side-dish people. We eat meat but there's just something really great about Korean side dishes. I love Japchae and kimchi a lot.

End of my collective haul for both Friday and Saturday:

In all these last two weekends have been filled with tons of shopping and good times! Hopefully after work calms down a little I'll able to properly blog out a fashion article or review for you guys! I've actually bought A LOT of make-up and I kind of sort of need to review and show how I use it for all of you lovely people!

Until next time!

Pacific Media Expo 2013

So a couple of weekends ago I attended PMX 2013 down in Los Angeles. This was my second time down in the LA area and my first SoCal convention. I was super stoked. I was getting to meet a whole new crowd of people who I had never got to meet in person before or even put a voice to a face before. Not only that but supposedly PMX is J-Fashion oriented so I was super looking forward to going.

In all it was experience. I left directly after work on Thursday night and Ying and I got to LA roughly nearing midnight. That night was pretty crazy because I tried to raid Half and Half before it closed...in which it did close on me. OTL Oh well. We adventured to a couple of other food places to make our trip out not in vain.

The next morning Ying and I got ready in Liz Lisa and Sixh wear to hit Little Tokyo a little bit before hitting the con. I got a couple of snackies for breakfast from this one place. Marukai raped me of my money </3 Tons of Diamond Lashes and Melty Blends in different flavors were what my haul consisted of. I also got a chance to hit the LA Kinokuniya as well as a couple of other shops like Fairytale Boutique. In all? I do have to say that San Francisco's Japan Town is quite spoiled. However I feel like for the SF crowd we're definitely catering to the lolitas more so than gyaru.

However I feel like also our Japan Town is a lot friendlier and I've even been told that! I did realize where I went people were a bit 'meh' where as in SF shop staff or waiters/waitresses are super positive about lolita and gyaru coming into their places and they're even friendly to cosplayers up there. As when I've been here the last two times in Little Tokyo the word cosplay I hear "Oh...THOSE people." lol Not that we don't occasionally have that up north but it just seems like down in SoCal it's a little different of an atmosphere. Not sure why! Maybe it's just me!

Despite the 'oh SF J-Town is friendlier' is does seem like they do cater to the anime crowd there with two different anime shops that even have wigs and cosplay. Even their Kinokuniya has an Animate section. Not to be confused-we have a WHOLE FLOOR up north; I'm not sure how to explain the difference here but trust me I think SF is spoiled and I kind of love it. Maybe I just haven't hit other parts of LA enough! If I come back someone should tell me where all the hot spots are for the gals and lolitas there! <3

First night at PMX when we arrived was pretty fun. I met a lot of neat people and got to play with both Leslie, Amorita, and Kegan! <3 I also got to see my cutie Jobi who's always so very fun to hang out with. Me, Leslie, and Jobi intended on matching with Liz Lisa coordinates the first day. ONE DAY I will do Leslie's make-up! >3< I wanna make her super gyaru!

Ending the day off with Korean BBQ at 3 am. By far the best K-BBQ ever at a 24 hour place in K-Town. Forreals no regrets. It was so worth it. Ying and I died afterward.

Second day I got to troll around a bit of LA late in the day in some ma*rs wear. We had even more Korean BBQ with Dan and Dennis and then headed down to Irvine to meet Thanh for the first time! LOL SoCal portions you are RIDICULOUS. Everywhere I went but the 24 K-BBQ place-I could not finish my food anywhere. I LOVE MY PORTIONS UP IN NORCAL. They suit a little petite girl like myself. ;A; your guy's "small" is MONSTER SIZE everywhere else. Forreals. The shaved ice I got with everyone was no fucking joke and I was sad because 85c YOU HAVE A BIG ASS LINE YO

I changed into hooker wear Saturday night to raid pmx afterward with everyone. I swear that leather dress was 12.00 and it was amazing. XD I felt like of like a rock gyaru. I need more garters and thigh highs in my life. OTL

Sunday was the only day I spent the whole day at the con. I attended the PMX fashion show because tons of lovelies I knew or have heard about were in the show. I rooted for them all. Leslie was such a queen tho as she opened the Juliette et Justine showcase. Mimi and Jobi looked really gorgeous. Jobi's outfit suited her wig so damn well and she did so well. Mimi walked really well and everything but yeah-that gold lippie. I loved how Mimi after the show grabbed my Mac Cyber lipstick to vamp that shit up. We're eccentric girls. We wear heavy liner and lashes and bold lip colors. It's kind of our livelihood and we feel naked without it. LOL

Oh I finally got to see Mimi after foreverrrr as well as Cross that weekend. I hadn't ever met Cross before and she was such a sweet heart. <3 I wish we could have hung out more. Like forreals. Oh met Tati twice that weekend too and it was really nice meeting her as well as Zekie who apparently didn't realize it was me in the flesh! x'D

OTL After the fashion show I waited in line to go and buy some Juliette et Justine. After seeing a dress that Jobi bought in person from her friend and seeing Leslie's dress, I knew I needed to own one. The designer was so sweet and I'm very sure I was out of place there repping ma*rs wear but I'm a gyaru and lolita and I have NO SHAME loving both genres. I even told the designer that her designs were really beautiful and that I loved all sorts of fashion. My dress was so gorgeous and I felt like it screamed me. There's stars in it and coins. The dress is called 'Money Star' which is surprisingly when I looked it up later a special edition dress and is based off the Brother's Grimm story 'Star Money'. So in all it was pretty neat.

In all pmx was a mix of things. I hope I can see more of LA one day soon. Thank you all for going out with me or seeing me and all. <3 It was a super fun trip/adventure. :)

Princess-like Packaging of Cosmetic Lines That Will Make You Look and Feel like Royalty

Perhaps you live the princess life style that every 'kawaii'-esque girl dreams of living. You're decked out in Liz Lisa or a really pretty Sweet Lolita outfit... Pink is the color of your life and florals don't even begin to describe your room or your wardrobe. Your phone is as blinged out as your nails are. In general? You feel like royalty.

Until you open your super cute make-up bag and realize all your make-up products are basic as fuck.

No fear! I have a couple of brands that should be considered if you want make-up packaging to look as cute as you!

Recently I did a bit of an impluse buy at San Francisco's MaruQ located of course, in Japan Town. Being the crazy gal I am who occasionally craves and caves into the cute shit that Liz Lisa has to offer I bought a make-up bag from them that I just had to have after I realized the one I used for four years was beyond fixing/repair. This one was the My Melody x Liz Lisa collab home and travel make-up bag. It was the perfect size for home and for my many traveling adventures. Nothing too big to lug around but let's face it; I own and wear a shitload of make-up. I'm indecisive too so I bring EVERYTHING.

So to start off what gal would I not be for saying that Liz Lisa's cosmetic brand isn't princessy enough? I haven't tried it in person but the packaging even in person looked gorgeous. Yes it's pricey but definately worth the money. I'm showing off the glosses but they also have a eye shadow and blush line too. I hear the eye shadow is really pigmented depending on how you wear it and looking at swatches of Liz Lisa's blush-at least the coral rose color-it looks like a dupe of a NARS blush but brighter  and with smaller glitter perhaps. In all I recommend Liz Lisa!

Secondly would be Candy Doll and Dollywink. Not only is thier packing cute but simple but I feel like the lighter colors really suit the princessy type of lolita or gyaru. Dollywink's eyelashes are a little too delicate for me after a couple of uses of trying them but their eye lash glue is great and I know a lot of girls who use both the eye shadow and eye liner.

As for Candy Doll I STILL have yet to get my hands on Tsubasa's glorious ramune pink lipstick that I've been dying to have. I feel like that is definitely a staple for a gyaru girl especially to have her 'Masuwaka-moment' at least once. I don't care how much the 'polished' style is in-glamorous is still glamorous and I loved the glam Tsubasa-era. Her packaging for both lines got a bit of a make-over but the product is supposedly still great. For a bit of a mature look-Tsubasa has released a red lipcolor for the fall season in both lipstick and gloss form!

Melliesh tends to be another popular brand amongst gyaru and lolita. It's been popular for their blushes in the past but recently I feel like this line has gotten out of the spotlight for a bit. Looking for a softer liner that isn't as harsh? Pink packaging it is! Not big of spending bank on a Liz Lisa blush and Candy Doll doesn't quite cut it? This is for you!

Moving onto a popular Korean brand; Etude House really came out with some seriously elegant packaging. They for sure didn't mess around. Their Princess Etoinette line really stood out for me. You want to make that Liz Lisa make-up bag look kawaii as fuck even inside the contents in the bag. I feel like this is a huge winner. The lipsticks look really nice color wise and that packaging looks glorious. The shimmer powder and blush screams to be displayed on a vanity if you're not travling. Of course they have eye liners and pouches too-I felt like this was a serious winner when it came to cute. As for the product? I don't own it to know but a know a couple of girls who really swear by using Etude House. They're getting really popular in Japan as well and even have a store branch open there!

Moving onto a Western make-up line-every time I step into Sephora; Too Faced displays and colors really catch my eye. They have really girly cute packaging that I can't resist looking at. They have great palettes that whenever I swatch them turn out being lovely colors. They're really known for their blushes though and their scented bronzer! I really feel like if you're aiming to shop in-store that Too Faced really shows the girly side of cosmetics with their packaging.

Displaying her perfume only to create a full out make-up look for you guys-Anna Sui I feel, wins when it comes to cute elegant packaging. This perfume is cute but don't be fooled. Her make-up line and its packging is just as gorgeous. It's a outright shame that Sephora in the US doesn't sell her make-up. I've seen things as creative as mini-vanities made with mirrors and drawers that pop out with eye shadows and lipcolors and everything. Just like this!

She's such a great designer too. In all I hope one day I can own her products and try them out as well!

This is all for this make-up blog post. I hope some of this is helpful and will help make your cosmetics as cute as you are without sacrificing a good product! Are there other lines that have just as cute packaging as these make-up lines? Feel free to share with me!
